The TRIP programme is aimed at teams with innovative, technology-oriented or knowledge-based start-up projects, as well as established start-ups that are working on the development of innovative products, services, processes or process organisations and have ambitions to scale up. Start-up teams who wish to realise their business concept in Thuringia are eligible to apply.
Participation is possible individually or in teams, and there is no industry focus. Registration for the programme is online.
Members of the expert jury and others involved in organising TRIP are excluded from participation. By participating, participants agree to their contact details being stored in the ThEx customer management system. Documents will only be forwarded to experts outside the competition with the express permission of the idea generators.
As part of the programme, participants agree to the publication of their contact details, a short text and the image/photos submitted on the TRIP website. Participants also agree to the publication of images and video recordings created by them during TRIP workshops and events.
TRIP participants undertake to be available for press enquiries, interviews, etc.
Any use of the application documents for purposes other than the implementation of the TRIP programme and for reviews is excluded without the express consent of the participant.
The organiser will treat the submitted application documents confidentially.
By accepting the conditions of participation, each participant expressly authorises the organiser to forward these documents to its employees, to the persons commissioned by the organiser to carry out the initial evaluation of the competition entries, and to the members of the expert jury commissioned to carry out the final evaluation. The experts on the jury are separately obliged by the organiser to treat the submissions confidentially.
The submissions may only be used by the organiser and its cooperation partners for the purpose of implementing the TRIP programme. This obligation does not apply to information that was already known to the public at the time of submission of the application documents or that becomes known after receipt without any culpable behaviour on the part of any of the parties involved. This confidentiality obligation ends 3 years after submission.
The participant agrees to the disclosure of address data without further consultation by the TRIP team (e.g. for the purpose of establishing contact).
TRIP and its cooperation partners take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We strictly adhere to the rules of data protection laws.
The organiser is not liable for personal injury or property damage in connection with attending events.
By registering and submitting their application documents, participants accept the terms and conditions of the TRIP programme.
The programme may be terminated at any time without giving reasons and without participants being entitled to any claims.
Legal recourse is excluded for all activities within the scope of TRIP.
