Workshop “Business Model Creation”

The first step in becoming a company is an idea, which is not a business model though. The TRIP-Class learns in the “Business Model Creation” workshop how an entrepreneur turns her or his idea into a business model. Together with STIFT, the TRIP participants will examine and question their business ideas and develop them into a business concept, as well as getting to know existing models and strategies.
