The sixth round of TRIP – Thuringian Regional Innovation Program has started with the kick-off event START YOUR TRIP. We welcome 10 innovative and ambitious start-ups to the accelerator.

The participating start-ups made their debut at the “Start Your TRIP” kick-off event at Bandhaus Erfurt: the applicants came together to present themselves and their business idea in a 3-minute pitch. Our TRIP team around Olga Röder and Andreas Sonnefeld as well as the community experts, who will develop the startups to investment readyness in the coming months, were also present.
Together with the project management of ThEx innovativ Christiane Kilian, member of the STIFT Executive Board, handed over the coveted tickets for the TRIP Class 2024/25 to the promising founders.

What happens next
For the up-and-coming companies, it’s now 6 months of monthly workshops, exchanges with industry experts, 1:1 coaching, funding and prototype testing.
Particularly scalable projects are included in the Final TRIP phase after the Demo Day. This is all about venture capital financing. The grand finale is the pitch at the Investor Days Thüringia (IDT) on June 4, 2025, where the startups present their vision to around 500 international investors and players from the international startup community. The IDT are organized by the Foundation for Technology, Innovation and Research Thuringia (STIFT) and bm|t beteiligungsmanagement thüringen GmbH.
We are looking forward to an intensive TRIP full of acceleration towards investment readiness!
